I have spent the 16 years of my career trying to become ever more efficient and effective in my work to get people out of pain. I have worked in a variety of settings: Orthopedic/PT clinic, chiropractic offices, private practice, and corporate chair massage events. Always with the goal of eliminating pain and educating people on the causes of their pain and what they can do to get out of AND stay out of pain.

In my career I have been fortunate enough to work with many people all with very different pains but all with the same goal - make it stop hurting. Some are dealing with a new pain, or a new flare up of an old pain, and they need help getting out of pain now. Others have long-term conditions and pains that aren't going away. Conditions that stress and tax the body even more. Anything from old injuries that still linger and cause issue, to long-term health conditions or progressive battles that need maintenance and balance to keep the person functioning at the highest level they can.

I want to help people resolve or manage their pain in a way that gets them back into life and enjoying it, instead of dreading the uncertainty of pain.
