Services & Session Details

I offer clinical bodywork session for 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes.

Sessions are performed fully clothed, so please wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. During your session, I will likely guide you through different positions and gentle stretching to support effective targeted work. Flexibility and ease of movement are important for getting the most out of your sessions.

Payment options: Cash, check, debit or credit cards are accepted. I am not currently set-up for tap -to-pay or online payments.

I also offer chair massage for businesses and special events. On-site massage is a simple, meaningful way to support employee wellness and show appreciation. It's perfect for high-stress seasons, project milestones, holiday gatherings, or anytime you want to invest in your team's well-being and productivity.

For insurance: Please check your individual benefits to see what your insurance allows and what they require for reimbursement. This can be anything from proof of credentials, treatment notes, a doctor's script, or an NPI number. Payment will be due at the time of the appointment, and you will seek reimbursement from your insurance company.

30 minutes = $50

45 minutes = $75

60 minutes = $100

90 minutes = $150
